Meraviglioso panorama, pace e tranquillità, lontani dalla frenesia della vita moderna. Ca’ di Vestro si trova sulla sommità di un’alta collina nella valle del fiume Arno, raggiungibile attraverso una ripida ma molto ben tenuta strada di 1,5 km, percorribile con ogni tipo di autovettura. Una volta alla villa è come essere tra le nuvole, con una splendida e ampia vista sul Valdarno. Pace e tranquillità vi aspetteranno in questo luogo, nessun rumore oltre a quelli della natura incontaminata. Possibilità di effettuare rapidi spostamenti, grazie alla buona viabilità di fondo valle, che collega la città di Arezzo (20 km) e Firenze (60 km). I negozi più vicini si trovano a San Giustino Valdarno, a 3 km di distanza.
Piscina recintata, ampio spazio verde attrezzato e pannelli fotovoltaici. Intorno alla casa, un ampio spazio verde tutto recintato ed attrezzato. A disposizione degli ospiti tavolo da ping-pong, casetta con barbecue, forno a legna e lavello ed un bel porticato arredato, ambiente di sicura tranquillità dove gustare un bicchiere di vino locale o una cena all'aperto con i prodotti tipici locali che sarà possibile acquistare dai proprietari. I pannelli fotovoltaici rendono la villa indipendente dalle fonti tradizionali di energia e ne valorizzano il suo indirizzo ecologico. La piscina, completamente recintata (mt. 5x10, profondità mt. 1,40), si affaccia sulla vallata da una terrazza naturale. L'arredamento della casa, composto da mobili d'epoca, è razionale e confortevole, a noi piace molto la sua semplicità , avrete tutto ciò che vi serve (lavastoviglie, forno, congelatore, cassaforte, zanzariere, lavatrice, TV satellitare, connessione Internet Wi-Fi, ventilatori…) in uno stile semplice, ordinato e rilassato. PIANO TERRA: Soggiorno-pranzo con angolo cottura, camino, divano e TV, affacciato su un ampio porticato arredato con tavolo e sedie per mangiare all'aperto, camera matrimoniale, camera con due letti singoli, bagno con doccia e lavatrice. PIANO PRIMO: con accesso da scala interna, camera matrimoniale, camera matrimoniale con TV e bagno privato con doccia, camera con due letti singoli, bagno con vasca e doccia. Tutte le 5 camere ed il soggiorno-pranzo sono dotate di ventilatori a muro. IN DOTAZIONE: lavastoviglie, frigorifero con congelatore, forno, congelatore, macchina da caffè americana, tostapane, lettore DVD, cassaforte, zanzariere, ferro e asse da stiro, bollitore, moka, lavatrice, seggiolone per bambini, biliardino, ping-pong, TV satellitare, connessione Internet Wi-Fi, ventilatori, giochi per bambini, dondolo.
