Nel territorio collinare tra i paesi di Lucignano e Rigomagno, caratteristici borghi medioevali situati a cavallo tra le province di Arezzo e Siena troviamo CASE FELICE. Lucignano uno dei paesi più caratteristici della Valdichiana, che mantiene ancora intatta la cerchia di mura a forma di ellisse, con negozi e servizi di ogni genere si trova a solo 1 km e si può raggiungere anche a piedi. Il giardino e la piscina. Nell'ampio giardino ombreggiato da una querce secolari e contornato di olivi avrete a disposizione la piscina (dim. 9 x 4 m - profondità 1,50 m.) il barbecue, tavolo, sedie ed ombrelloni. Vicino alla casa passa una strada secondaria che collega i paesi di Lucignano e Rigomagno. Una vacanza confortevole e rilassante. L'arredamento curato e le molte dotazioni all'interno della casa (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, tostapane, microonde, macchina da caffè americano, ferro da stiro, tv satellitare) sono garanzia di una vacanza confortevole e rilassante. Su richiesta potremo organizzare alla casa cene tipiche toscane. Anche i vostri amici a quattro zampe di piccola taglia, saranno i benvenuti. PIANO TERRA: ampio salone con camino e divani, cucina-pranzo, bagno con vasca, locale lavanderia, bagno di servizio con wc. PIANO PRIMO: con ingresso da scala interna si trovano cinque camere matrimoniali, un bagno con vasca ed un bagno con doccia, salotto di passaggio con terrazzo panoramico. Una delle camere è accessibile, con una comoda scala, direttamente dall'esterno. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
