Welcome to Agave Gardens Vacation Home, located just a 5–10-minute walk from the pristine Palm Beach in Aruba, known for its popular hotel area.

This stand-alone private villa is nestled in a tranquil residential area, away from the tourist crowds, yet close enough to the most beautiful beaches and the bustling Palm Beach area, making it the perfect location for your Aruban getaway.

As you enter Agave Gardens, you'll be greeted by the lush tropical garden filled with beautiful Agave plants, from which the villa takes its name. This two-story villa boasts a facade of a typical Aruban house but offers all the modern amenities and comforts you desire in a vacation home.

The ground floor features an entrance, a cozy bedroom with a full bathroom, an open plan living-dining room area, a fully equipped kitchen, and sliding doors that lead to the backyard.

The backyard is a private oasis with a sparkling swimming pool, a spacious porch with a dining table and chairs, and a hammock, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Upstairs, you'll find two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its ensuite closet and full bathroom. Both bedrooms have TVs and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with basic cooking utensils, making Agave Gardens a self-catering haven for your vacation.

Utilities: The total rate excludes 15% tax, booking and damage waiver fee, and final cleaning. An allowance for electricity and water in the amount of US$ 24,- per night is included. Over usage of utilities shall be at your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit is required of US$ 400,-.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
