Description
Rent piece of stone farmhouse set in the beautiful Tuscan Maremma, for summer and winter holidays, a few kilometers from the sea. Surrounded by a rural landscape formed by forests of Mediterranean Bush. It is located in a panoramic position in front of the Marsiliana, in the middle of an extraordinary territory by its nature, the cultural and gastronomic tourism. The apparatmento recently renovated consists of two bedrooms marimoniali with the possibility of adding two single beds, complete with dresser, bedside tables, two large closets and TV. The kitchen is new, complete with sink, stove, oven and refrigerator. The living room has a comfortable couch, a sofa and coffee table placed in front of the fireplace in winter provides apartment heating. The property includes a large warehouse to store bicycles and various kinds of materials.
