Vacation place on the Gulf of Mexico. Condo in Indian shores. The property offers a efficiency one bedroom, 1 bath located on the beach of Indian Shores, Florida. Amenities include a full kitchen with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and breakfast bar. Washer and dryer is on the same floor, includes free parking, free Wi-Fi and full access to a newly renovated heated pool, charcoal grill area, and a private fishing pier across the street on the intercoast. This condo does not have a balcony or view on the Gulf but the building and the heated pool is directly on the beach. Spectacular sunsets await you in sunny Florida.

Response from the owner I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations I really wish you would have called or emailed me, as indicated in our welcome letter. We have contacted the AC company, thank you for bringing it to our attention. This problem as never been indentified in the past by our previous guests our ourselves. In regards to the sheets, I apologize that they are not what you are used to, there is always an extra set of cotton sheets under the bed and inside the sofa sleeper in the living room, the other ones came with the bedspread. The parking area is across the street, as indicated in the welcome letter, we discussed the availability for a handicapped parking available for your use, to ensure this was available, we contacted the office prior to your arrival. Again I am sorry that you did not fully enjoy the condo.
