Description
Large 3 bedroom, 3 full bath gated single family house with amazing mountain views located off a private road on a 2+ acre lot on the hills in beautiful Fallbrook! Idyllic and rustic surroundings with hills, avocado trees and singing birds; yet with easy access to major highways (about 1.5 mile off highway I-15 and ~4 miles off highway 76), the beaches of San Diego, the Temecula wine country, as well as the famous Pala Casino Resort & Spa nearby.
The home was built in 1990 and completely updated throughout by the current owners at the end of 2014. Features hardwood floors in the living areas and bedrooms, and travertine tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. Total living area is approximately 3,000 square feet.
The single story Spanish style home features a large kitchen, adjacent casual dining area with a large picture window capturing the amazing mountain views; a large family room with exposed beam cathedral ceiling and a beautiful stone fireplace; a large living room with a beautiful stone fireplace and a baby grand piano; and a laundry room with state of the art washer and dryer. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, a large picture window also capturing the amazing mountain views, and a large private luxury master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a frameless shower all surrounded by beautiful travertine tiles. The second bedroom also has a king bed, and shares a luxury full bathroom with the third bedroom, which has 2 full-size beds. There are also 4 sleeper sofas, three of which have queen-size pull-out beds and one of which has a full-size pull-out bed in the family room and the living room. All bed sheets are of high quality with at least 400 thread count. There is also a separate 3rd luxury full bathroom with a claw-foot tub and a frameless shower, located next to the family room. The kitchen features new maple cabinets, granite counter tops, copper sink and new high end stainless steel GE Profile appliances including a 36 inch induction stove and a wine cooler.
There is a 70 inch TV in the family room with cable TV and Netflix as well as a Blueray player. The master bedroom has a 48 inch 3D TV with cable, Netflix and a Blueray player. The luxury master bathroom has a 40 inch smart TV with Netflix. The other two guest bedrooms have 50 inch and 40 inch TVs respectively with Netflix and a BlueRay player.
The house has an amazing view of the rolling mountains and hills of Fallbrook and its vicinity in the backyard. The covered patio in the back can be accessed through the living room, the family room and the kitchen. The covered patio has stylish wicker lounge chairs, a conversation set and a dining set. A propane grill is also available in the side yard. As the house is completely surrounded by next door neighbors with similarly large lots (1+ acres), the back yard and side yards are very private.
The house is gated with plenty of parking in front of the house, which is situated securely behind the iron gate.
Please note that the three car garage is not available to our guests, and the owners occasionally stay in a separate quarter of the house accessed through the garage.
Close to wineries (both Temecula Wine Country and Fallbrook wineries}, casino (Pala Casino Resort & Spa), zoos (San Diego Safari Zoo Park in Escondido and Wild Wonders in Bonsall), theme parks, ocean and more! Local wildlife includes hawks, owls, humming birds, coyotes and quail. Fallbrook's weather is among the finest on the planet at any time of the year. You will love this spot in summer or winter, the average temperature is 70 degrees throughout the year. This really is the place to be!
