Description

Linn Ave Guesthouse is located in New Hampton, Iowa and offers a roomy, comfortable environment for your family gatherings, celebrations, or a quick get away.

The house is located at the corner of N Linn Ave (the main north/south street in town) and Hale. This corner is the most northern stop light in town. It is within two blocks of Mercy Hospital, Holy Family Parish/St. Joseph's Church, St. Joseph School and Conway-Markham Funeral Home.

The home is two story and features five bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the main floor, there are three bedrooms equipped with two king sized beds and one queen sized bed. There are two bathrooms on the main floor, together with a living room, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, smooth topped stove, full sized refrigerator with an ice maker, washer and dryer, dining room, reading nook, and an enclosed porch equipped with a game board and treadmill. The living room couch makes out into a full sized bed.

On the upper story, you will find two bedrooms, each with queen sized beds, a full bathroom, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, dining area, living room and a washer and dryer.

Wireless internet is available throughout the house, so bring your electronic toys and stay in touch during your stay. There are three televisions with access to DIRECTV. Two of the televisions are SMART units.

The kitchens are equipped with pots and pans, dining dishes, coffee pots, popcorn maker, toasters, microwave and more.
