Description
We are immersed in the peace and tranquility of the countryside but only 5 minutes drive from Volterra. We have a large apartment that has been created by renovating the ground floor of the cottage where the Giovannini family has always lived and carried on the tradition of working the olive grove and the vineyard. The apartment, furnished in detail, is 80 square meters. and consists of a large living room with kitchenette and fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a study-room with sofa bed. There is a private garden with a table, chairs and deck chairs. Ours is the ideal place for children as we have a large playground. Autonomous heating. Reserved parking space. Pets Allowed.
