Space abounds in this self-catering city centre apartment forming a part of a traditional tenement block, which features five exceptionally spacious bedrooms, three modern/designer bathrooms (one is en-suite), a large fully equipped kitchen/diner and large spacious living room. This property is available for your entire use and an ideal base for large groups or families visiting Edinburgh.

There are five double beds, 1 king size bed and five single beds in five bedrooms, hence accommodates real beds upto 17 guests. But for larger parties there are 5 sofa beds in two of the bedrooms and living room for further 8 guests. Hence this property can accommodate easily upto 25 guests with extra advantage where your group of guests can stay all together.

Location can't be beaten - this apartment is within easy walking distance to all the major attractions including Edinburgh Castle, Prince Street shopping, Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace, Grassmarket, Old Town area, top theatres (including the Edinburgh International Festival Theatre), world class museums and art galleries etc. Also surrounded by full of great pubs, coffee houses, boutique shops, gymnasiums, cinema complexes and restaurants

Nearly every bus has a stop within a maximum 5 minute walking distance, although many buses are still much closer in few steps from the apartment. Waverley Train Station and Tram to the airport are both just a 10 minutes walk down the hill.

Edinburgh City Sightseeing Tour Bus stop is just few steps away if you are planning for a Hop on - Hop off tour.

- Parties are welcome, but any kind of disturbance to neighbors is not acceptable.

- Please do not smoke in the apartment.

- Pets Not allowed.

- Take shoes off in the apartment (there is a shoe rack at the door entrance).

- There is a CCTV Recording in the common areas of the apartment for your safety and security.

If there are more than 25 guests and you like to stay together, we may consider your request and provide additional beds.

Car Parking:

a.) You can park for free on any street during evenings and on weekends. Also you should find lot of parking bays in front of the apartment itself. And during regular hours (Mon to Sat: 8.30 AM to 6.30 PM), you pay £2.40 per hour for a maximum of 4 hours.

b.) But if you need to park for longer hours, then we recommend you to reserve a parking slot (costs a maximum of 18 pounds for entire 24 hours parking)

If you require access to cloak room or shared garden for outdoor parties, please let us know in advance.

This apartment was in a fantastic location for getting around the city. If you are looking to sleeo a big group of you in one place it's a great base of operations

“Excellent Stay in the middle of the city”

Had an excellent stay at the Lauriston Apartments. All amenities were provided and there was enough equipment to provide 19 people of a stag do with dinner and breakfast. Central location made it easy to get to and from on nights out and transfers to the airport were simple. I would definitely recommend as a place to stay for large groups as everything you could need was provided and communication was great.

“Large apartment centrally located for Edinburgh City”

We stayed for 2 nights in this apartment. Everything is set up to be nice and easy for arrival, with the key collection being just around the corner. The owner communicates well and we had no problems during the entire stay, The lounge/dining room is really big, and great to be able to get lots of people around the dining room table. The beds were all comfy, with clean bedding and towels provided. There are 2 fridges in the kitchen, and a freezer, so there's plenty of space for food and drink for a decent amount of people. Overall this is a good apartment for a large group with everything you will need for a weekend away.
