Set in a peaceful, rural location between Portpatrick and Stranraer, Laggansally Lodge provides total seclusion for those seeking to explore the delights of the Rhins of Galloway. Beaches, lighthouses, golf courses and renowned gardens enjoy an especially mild climate, happily fairly midge free. Wildlife watchers, walkers and cyclists are in for a treat! Opportunities to try your hand at both freshwater and sea-fishing abound.
Laggansally is a newly built spacious bungalow with comfortable excellent quality furnishings and everything you need to enjoy a home away from home, plus that little bit more. We provide everything from luxury bedding and towels to wood for the woodburning stove. The house is warm with oil fired central heating and a modern Rayburn. An expansive lawn to the front of the house, wildlife pond (fenced off for toddlers), and woodland approach together with ample parking ensure total privacy. Our small family farm is less than half a mile away - wander across and meet the menagerie!

“Beautiful, spacious and private”
Laggansally lodge was the perfect venue for our bank holiday weekend!the whole family, 6 adults and a dog had a brilliant time of fishing, walking and bbqs during our stay. The lodge is a good size with more than sufficient space for 6 adults! You won't need for anything while staying - the amenities are good quality and the whole place generally has a high standard of finish! The grounds are nice and private so the dog (bobo) had freedom to run around without a care. We hope to be back again in the future.

“Countryside bliss”
Lagansally is a spacious, well equipped bungalow with first class decor set in beautiful countryside. It is so peaceful and quiet you wouldn't know it was on a working farm. Joanna, the owner, was friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable of the area. It is well located for visiting many places of interest in the Rhins of Galloway. The picturesque village of Portpatrick is about 15 minutes away with stunning views from the coastal path heading north and south from the village. The Mull of Galloway and Port Logan are also a must to visit.
