Description

Welcome to Penthouse Las Nubes, which is proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). Penthouse Nubes is a Playa del Carmen penthouse rental that sits right next to beautiful Coco Beach with its cool soft sand and offshore reefs perfect for snorkeling. The two-level, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bath Playa del Carmen rental has breathtaking ocean views from almost every room in the condo except the bathrooms and one bedroom.

As you walk through the front door of the condo the ocean is immediately visible via the open floor plan, through the kitchen, living room, dining room and outdoor terrace. There is one bedroom to the left of the front door with two twin beds and a full bath, as well as a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. The full kitchen with a dishwasher and filtered water sits to the right of the front door. Just past the kitchen sits the dining room with seating for 6 and the living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite. The second bedroom with a king bed and en-suite full bathroom lies to the left of the living room.

Walk through the sliding glass doors off the living room to reach the ocean view terrace with BBQ and patio set with umbrella, perfect for outdoor dining. There is also private access from the terrace to the second bedroom.

Inside the condo off the living room climb the stairs to reach the second floor with a master bedroom complete with a king bed and full bathroom. Lie in bed and watch the ships go by via the large sliding glass doors which provide complete sea views. Through the sliding glass doors is the second terrace with lounge chairs and a Jacuzzi (Non-heated). The views of the Caribbean Sea are incredible. You can see Cozumel across the bay and looking left and right you can see for miles down the Rivera Maya Coast. By night relax in the Jacuzzi (Non-heated) as you watch the twinkling lights of Cozumel across the sea and the shining stars above.

Penthouse Las Nubes resides in the Casa del Mar condos. Casa del Mar boasts a rooftop pool with ocean views, elevators and a lush tropical interior with banana trees. Situated next to the sparkling white sand beaches of Coco Bay, the turquoise blue waters are typically calm and are perfect for swimming. There is even an offshore reef great for snorkeling.
