3 Queen Bedrooms, 3 Baths, new outside deck!
Located on the legendary "Road to Happiness" (Route 413) on Dogman's and Maria's beach. Tres Amigos has been built with the sophisticated traveler in mind. Tres Amigos looks directly into the ocean and if you are a surfing group, you can walk out the back and paddle out! Tres Amigos has beach access, and a new, 2nd. story outside deck, w Anderson windows and sliding glass doors, central air, satellite TV with a flat screen in the living room and in each bedroom, gas grill, WiFi, a back-up generator which powers the entire house, and an outdoor shower for coming off the beach. We carefully renovated this home for the discriminating traveler based on our knowledge of Rincon and our 14 years of renting vacation rentals. Located in the Ensenada ward of Rincon you are basically 1 mile from everything and walking distance to Villa De Zecheo, Villa Playa Marias, Calypso Cafe, the Bohio, the Lighthouse, Dogman's Beach, Maria's Beach, Steps Beach, Tres Palms Marine Sanctuary, Marina Beach and all the amazing attractions Rincon has to offer. We are so proud of our beach house, you will love the flexibility, beauty and easy living it offers.

“UTOPIA”
We are ending our stay at tres amigos sadly. This place has everything you need. House was spotless when we got here. A view to die for. Daniel was fabulous to work with. Will definitely be back.

Response from the owner Michael, thank you for your response and positive comments about our accommodations, layout and view. Island living can be frustrating at times as the infrastructure on an island leaves something to be desired, such as the power company! We tried everything with them to get the power to come on and stay on for you but that week everyone in Rincon was having issues. Since that week we have purchased a $6,000.00 - 22,000 watt Generac, propane powered, air cooled, standby generator with a 200 amp SE rated transfer switch. So if there are any issues, this generator will quietly go on and there will be no interruption of electrical service at all. So it will be seamless. This system will power the entire house's air conditioner system along with the lights, refrigerators and everything else. Losing power from the provider is something out of our control, however this investment gives us back control. We only want the best for our guests and that includes for them to be perfectly comfortable and happy. I am so sorry the electric company didn't keep up their end of the bargain for your trip and you weren't the only ones. This does not happen often at our house as you can tell by our reviews on this site and many others competitive sites. I will be reaching out to you to send you something back for the inconvenience.
