ENGLISH:
Bright, cozy flat recently renovated in the medieval center of Prato in the heart of Tuscany, very close to Porta al Serraglio Train station.
Datini Apartment is situated on the first floor of a 15th century building, very close to Datini Palace, home of Francesco Datini, the famous "merchant of Prato".
Datini Apartment with 2 cozy bedrooms "Francesco and Margherita" and "Ser Lapo Mazzei" is perfect for a family of 4, for 2 couples who like to travel around Tuscany, for 4 bike lovers visiting Tuscany and also for 4 colleagues travelling together for job.
In each room there are 2 single twin beds that allow extreme versatility.
Please tell me how you would prefer to find your bedrooms. (Double or single beds?).
The apartment and terrace are for the exclusive use of guests. It is a fully furnished apartment with fast (free) internet connection wi-fi (optical fiber), Air Conditioning and Tv Led Full HD "30".
TOURIST TAX: The tax is applied only for non-residents. 0,50 euro per person for 3 nights. (exception: children up to 6 years old).

PARKING
You can park your car at PORTA AL SERRAGLIO PARKING near the station (it will costs you 22 euro per week - 6 euro per day) is 5-6 minutes on foot.
Inside the city center you can park the car inside blu line boxes (is free from 8.p.m. to 8.a.m and Sunday), normally it costs 1 euro per hour (2 euro per hour after third hour).
RENT A BIKE
If you want to enjoy Prato along the cycle paths you can rent a Bike 500 meters away. 5 euro per day. 30 euro per month.

25 minuti da Firenze, 15 da Pistoia, 40 da Lucca, 1 ora da Bologna, 1 e 30 dal mare di Viareggio. 6 minuti dalla Stazione di Prato Porta al Serraglio.
L'appartamento Datini con 2 camere separate, è ideale per famiglie di 4 persone, per 2 coppie di viaggiatori in vacanza in Toscana, per ciclo-amatori in visita in Toscana, per colleghi che viaggiano a Prato per lavoro.
In ogni camera ci sono 2 letti singoli gemelli che garantiscono estrema versatilità per i bisogni dei miei ospiti.
TASSA DI SOGGIORNO: la tassa nel Comune di Prato è applicata per i soli non residenti. L'importo è di 0,50 euro per i primi tre giorni di soggiorno a persona (eccetto bambini 6 anni

Sarò ben felice di fornirti qualsiasi tipo di informazione per quanto riguarda ristoranti, bar ed introdurvi alla città di Prato ed ai suoi luoghi d'interesse ed assistervi per qualsiasi necessità.
Servizio Transfer: Posso fornire un servizio navetta dall' aeroporto di Firenze Peretola. Contattami in privato e in anticipo per questo.
- Ad Agosto il parcheggio è gratuito anche in Piazza San Francesco (anche se non è custodito all'interno delle linee blu). Durante l'anno parcheggiare all'interno delle linee blu ha il costo di 1 euro l'ora e dalle 20 alle 8 è gratuito così come la Domenica.
- Se volete lasciare l'auto per periodi lunghi è consigliabile il Parcheggio del Serraglio a circa 700 metri (6 euro il giorno e 22 la settimana).
- Noleggio biciclette a 500 metri. Costo 5 euro il giorno, 30 il mese. E' possibile lasciare le biciclette sul terrazzo.
