Lower Full Garden Level House in Marbella Suburb, North Western Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Minutes from Borinquen Airport, beach, main highways, town, shopping, mall & restaurants. Private side gated entry, side & back balconies. 2 living rooms, dining room, full kitchen, cable TV, nearby town activities.

There is absolutely no smoking in the house. Furniture is not to be moved around please.

Windows should remain closed when air conditioning is on. Thank you

House rules

Absolutely no smoking in the house, cigarettes butts left outside, moving furniture around, leaving if windows open while running the air conditioner, leaving of lights on when not in the house, leaving the house dirty & garbage ridden, sand in bathtub, sofa, after the beach. There’s a washing machine to wash towels, linens, clothes & clothes lines, Trash must be emptied & put out. Kitchen & refrigerator must be left clean & in order. Children must be supervised. Minimum stay 3days. Thank you

How do damage deposits work?

If Yvette (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
