The beach is continually rated as the cleanest on the East Coast.
Direct oceanfront building with stunning panoramic views of the ocean. Indoor pool, sauna, tennis court, library, and exercise room. Free Wi-Fi in the condo between April-December.
Enjoy ocean breeze and watch the dolphins play from the privacy of huge open balcony in this spacious condo that has a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, central A/C, dishwasher and all the amenities to enjoy your time in Ocean City. The Capri building has one the largest OC heated indoor pool, oceanfront sun deck, outside showers, gym/fitness center, fabulous game room with pool tables, ping-pong, arcade & basketball court, tennis court, saunas, ocean & bay-side lounges, 24/7 security guard on duty, 3 high-speed elevators, and two free assigned parking spaces. Additional parking space can also be purchased in the building daily ($10) or weekly ($55).
Mandatory $75 registration fee per stay is collected by the building and to be paid during the check-in.
Occupancy is limited to 8 people, including children.Total of 5 beds - 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 1 Queen sleep sofa.
ATTENTION: ANY ADDITIONAL GUESTS, UP TO A MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT, WHO ARE NOT LISTED, DISCLOSED, OR DESCRIBED DURING THE BOOKING, WILL INCUR A FEE EQUAL TO A HALF OF THE LISTED NIGHTLY PRICE PER EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST PER DAY. BRINGING ANY ADDITIONAL GUESTS OVER THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT STATED IN THE LISTING WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE BOOKING CANCELLATION. ALL GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND NO REFUND OF ANY KIND WILL BE ISSUED.
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Sorry, no rentals to groups under age 25. Families with children welcome.
Guests should bring linens and towels, paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), dishwashing liquid and personal items (soap, toothpaste, shampoo, etc). Each of the beds has pillows, blankets and comforters. Beach umbrella and chairs can be rented right on the beach near the building.
Spacious bedrooms with great views. Just sit and relax and enjoy it.
Plenty to do during rainy or cold days.
Directly across from Gold Coast Mall, a movie theater and various restaurants. Many golf courses close by. Short drive to the world-famous Boardwalk in Ocean City, amusement parks, water park, museums, historic downtown area or beautiful Northside Park (126th St). Enjoy fantastic shopping or escape to nature with the famous Assateague's wild ponies, which are only nine miles from Ocean City. Numerous of water sports activities including parasailing, Jet ski rental, boat cruises and others.

“Fantastic Getaway”

Unfortunately, without knowing your immediate concerns we were not able to address them.
