This is our fully furnished villa, decorated with Mexican art in a luxury gated community with swimming pool, security day and night convenience store on the corner (Extra), only 10 minutes by car from the hotel zone of Cancun. If you want to stay in your own home rather than in a hotel or all-inclusive prison, timeshare or condo, stop looking, this is the perfect get away! Want to feel how it feels to live in Cancun as a cancunense ... in a very nice, private and secure community. Where you and your children and family and / or friends to enjoy the pool. San Jeronimo is very safe because it is a gated luxury community with barbecues, children's playground, security at the main entrance and a small supermarket that is open 24 hours at the main entrance at one minute walk from our house. The Casa San Jeronimo is ideal for one or two families or friends who like a calm Mexican atmosphere in a fully furnished villa is equipped. This villa is not for spring breakers. If you want to escape the bustle of downtown and want privacy and quiet, while near the center of the city want to be then you are good here. Ideal if you want to explore the Yucatan and want to make some excursions or tours. We offer excursions and tours themselves in Mexico, Yucatán, Belice and Guatemala with private driver / guide in our minivan for 6 or more. Less than 1km there are other supermarkets such as Walmart and Soriana and shopping. Jeroen ( "JERONIMO"), the Dutch owner speaks Spanish, English, Dutch, Portuguese, German and French. Jeroen lived in Mexico for over 15 years. He works as a private guide in Mexico and the Mayan route and interpreter / translator for the court. He studied Mexican history and archeology. He is married to a Mexican and lives in Cancun.

“great location”
Safe, gated community. Owner went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. He immediately responded when we had a question or if we needed help. Grocery store just around the corner.
