Casa de las Conchas is a dream approximately 5000 sq ft beachfront Caribbean vacation villa, situated right on the beach inside the gated community of South Akumal with 24 hours security system. Our villa has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The huge master bedroom on the second floor is the entire length of the house and complete with a small living area, patio doors out onto the oceanfront terrace. It has its own dressing room and a master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub!
Casa de las Conchas has over 2000 sq.ft of outdoor decks and balconies! You will be waking up to the incredibly beautiful Caribbean sunrise and listen to the sound of Caribbean Sea water lapping against the shore.
The second bedroom on the second floor also has beautiful views of the white sand beach and ocean through its large windows. Its amenities include a king-sized bed and louvered window connecting it to the master bedroom, making an ideal room for kids.
On the second floor, there is the third bedroom suite also with a magnificent view over the tropical gardens and the sunset. The suite includes a luxury bathroom with shower and sea view.
We are proud that Casa de las Conchas offers equipped kitchen for a group with a large family. The kitchen leads onto the living room and beach front dining room.
We have seatings for a large group of family and friends to dine together and enjoy the villa. Chef service is available upon request, with a professional group of people devoted to the service. Delicious local specialties or traditional Mexican cuisine is available as well as another international cuisine!
Upon your arrival at our beautiful villa, you will be greeted by our staff and a refrigerator will be stocked with some refreshments and continental breakfast.
From the living room, when you walk out through the patio doors onto the outdoor terrace, there are 2 large dining tables and chairs for wonderful Caribbean alfresco breakfasts in the sun, daytime BBQs, or dining under the stars.
Hang around the large swimming pool just to relax and enjoy the drinks/refreshments. Villa has palaces and hammocks to lay back and read or nap.
The bay at Akumal South is protected by a double barrier reef just 100m offshore making the water in the bay very calm almost all year round and awesome for snorkeling. For this reason, it is home to a whole host of tropical reef life including endangered sea turtles who nest right here on the beach from May to September every year.
Casa de las Conchas facilitates 3 kayaks for guest use. Have fun and enjoy the emerald color of Akumal Bay.
Casa de las Conchas's huge roof terrace is also our treasure! Its beautiful sea view and the open space will make you and your loved ones invite you to feel free.
The villa also has a Vonage phone with free landline calls to the US, Canada, and some European countries.
Casa de las Conchas also has 3 sets of golf clubs for our guests use, a spinning bike and an elliptical training machine for those who want to work our while on vacation.
On-site massage is available upon request, please let us know in advance for reservation during high seasons.
We are happy to host your family at our beautiful Casa de las Conchas, the villa is a wonderful property for a large group to be able to enjoy and feel comfortable. You will feel all the privacy while in the middle of convenience.
