Description

Studio Esperanza is a new Caribbean Artist Studio with a European Flair now with brand new air conditioning to cool those nights for your sleeping pleasure. It was just put on the rental market in the tourist area of Esperanza less than 2 blocks to dip your feet in the ocean and enjoy the local fare on the Malecon (boardwalk).

Studio Esperanza has an open floor plan with high ceilings and tiled floors. The only closed area is the more than adequate sized bathroom. The rest of the studio features brand new AC, a fully equipped kitchen(everything brand new!!!), sitting area with High Def TV, DVD/Music Dock, wifi, and comfortable sofa/futon, and also a bedroom area with queen bed and a hanging mosquito net and always fresh linens. There is also a covered outside patio that will be housed with a table and chairs for hanging out or eatingl. There is also a cement platform(8X8) near the bottom of steps that will be set up with a gas grill and underneath the balcony, there will be an outdoor shower for after the beach and a washer with drying line so you can pack light.

The 1/4 acre yard is shared with another house, yet there is more than enough space for privacy for both places with adequate safe parking. Since it is a brand new rental, everything from the paint and tiles to the furniture/appliances and linens have been hand picked just for this rental. Since this is one of 4 rentals we have Vieques, 3 on this site (Flipkey 2741553 and Flipkey 3948168), and I believe also that because we do travel ourselves, we have gotten to learn with first hand knowledge what makes travelers happy and we try to incorporate that into all of our rentals.

How do damage deposits work?

If Michelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
