“Lovely cabin”
Cabin is lovely no complaints only thing was we felt that the cabin doesn't comfortably sleep 7 adults, as a group of 6 girls we would look for something slightly bigger next time, felt the sofa bed wasn't the best didn't seem to sturdy everything else from the trip was perfect. Good area, very clean, owner was happy to help as we got slightly lost! We would suggest anyone wanting to use the hot tub and wood burner inside then intend to purchase more wood as the hot tub uses a lot to heat the water, we slightly under estimated the amount of wood needed. Great stay over all!

Response from the manager Thanks for your review. With regards to the amount of accommodation we would point out that our listing is very clear as to how many beds the cabin has and it's size. We do feel a little disappointed that you have down graded us on this as the cabin is exactly as advertised. If you wanted more space perhaps you should have booked one of our larger cabins but of course this would have costs a little more. The sofa bed is of a very high quality, with metal frame and the best mattress available.

Response from the manager Thanks very much for the review, glad you enjoyed your stay. Sorry you found the last 14 miles of your journey a little arduous, it's somewhat out of my control and a price we pay for being away from the madding crowd. It's a bit like marmite, some hate it, others love it because of the amazing scenery and seclusion. Hope to see you again soon.

Response from the manager Internet is actually 30. Sorry its a bit pricey but due to remote location we have to use satellite connection. Most mobile phone networks do get signal, although three is iffy and ee no go. All logs are seasoned and dried, I suspect yours may have been left out in the rain for a while before use. I'll take cleaning up with House Keeper, she normally keeps cabins spotless.
