Our 5BR Zorba Villa is one of the most premium accommodation options in the hotel zone of Tulum beach. The central location in the boutique hotel zone of Tulum combined with hotel-style amenities make this a luxurious holiday stay.

The 5 bedrooms offer plenty of space to retreat and the communal spaces offer comfortable room to gather and is well suited for groups of friends or, families.

Lounge chairs, sea kayaks, and boogie boards available for you to use while enjoying the beautiful white sand beach and the Caribbean Sea.

Getting around

Easily walk to excellent restaurants and spas. Taxi's are readily available. Bikes are also a great way to get around. There is parking for a car if you choose to arrive by rental car.

Our concierge team will greet you when you arrive and check in with you during your stay. The Zorba property has a full staff to care for our guests and the grounds. We are on property daily and security is onsite at night. Please note the property is guest only and cannot be used for hosting.
