Perched on the corner of the 11th floor offering optimal beach front views.

Luxury vinyl plank flooring in all three bedrooms + shiplap bar + new decor, accents, and lighting throughout. New Polywood balcony furniture recently added!

Beautiful Gulf Front condo in the heart of Orange Beach. Shoalwater has it all, in a luxurious setting. Corner unit on 11th floor with wrap around balcony and stunning views of the beach and the western shoreline. This west corner unit will amaze with clear view of the beach and the most amazing sunsets you have ever seen! The oversized balcony wraps around the entire length of the west side with floor to ceiling glass for crystal clear views. This unit offers the most beautiful views of the sandy white beaches and sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The master bedroom includes a new plush, upgraded king mattress for ultimate rest and total comfort. Enjoy USB outlets for added convenience of charging multiple devices!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
