Description

Private home only blocks from the beach, shopping, restaurants with a large private yard. Unique Mexican tiled arches, painted murals, tiled floors, colorfully painted walls and Talavera tile throughout.

Each floor has a covered porch, 1 with comfortable seating and dining and 1 with a hammock. We have filtered water at every sink and filtered water for the automatic icemaker. You never need to buy plastic water bottles when you stay in our home.

Our newly constructed homes open floor plan combines convenience with Mexican charm. The kitchen features new appliances, custom concrete countertop with inset cutting board and filtered water. The kitchen opens onto a covered porch with a large dining table and rattan furniture. The porch overlooks the patio and garden full of coconut palms and lots of banana trees and is ideal for sunset views, bird watching and catching the ocean breeze. Over 100 different types of birds have been spotted from our home.

Follow the outdoor staircase down to the bedrooms and garden/patio. Each bed has a misquotoe net you can choose to sleep under. Both bedrooms open to a covered porch with a hammock and the patio with lawn chairs.

The downstairs bathroom features and long counter with 2 colorful sinks. The open air shower has 2 shower heads.

The "bonus" room downstairs has a long table with plenty of room to store your luggage and set up your laptop, a charging station enabling you to charge all your devices in 1 place and extra fans should you want them.

Each room has a ceiling fan and there are 2 fans on each porch.

Our property manager will come by after you arrive to answer any questions and be available for any emergencies. Our gardener comes twice/wk. to sweep and tend to the garden.

The house will be cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. If you stay for a week we will also schedule a cleaning. Cleaning costs are included in daily price.
