Description

The renovated, elegant, 4-bedroom Villa Rouga is located in the area of Apokoronas, in the traditional village of Xirosterni. This magnificent Villa is designed in 3 levels covering 320 sq. m., and it is ideal for lovers of nature and Cretan hospitality. A special place to stay, with panoramic views of the Cretan Sea, built with natural materials with a private pool of 55 sq. m. It is located 5 km away from the sandy beach of Almirida, and 28 km away from the beautiful town of Chania.

On the ground floor of the Villa Rouga, two separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower and whirlpools are provided. Both contemplate the beauty that lies in front of them, from their own private terraces next to the pool. The ground floor also has a small kitchen and a cellar that hosts wines produced by the owners. On the same level, all guests can enjoy a gym with one treadmill speed, two interior bicycles, a sauna, and a few small weights.

A lovely, sea view, open plan living room with fireplace and a smart Satellite TV is provided on the upper floor. A fully-equipped kitchen, with a wooden dining table in retro-modern mood profil, a refrigerator, a microwave, an espesso coffee maker and all the kitchen utensils is available. Next to the living room you can enjoy a lovely veranda with a dining table and panoramic countryside and sea views. Wireless internet is provided everywhere.

A small wooden staircase leads to another double bedroom with a large, comfortable double bed and a private bathroom with shower and whirpool. On the top floor of the villa, the master bedroom with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower and a revelation is provided. A large terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi for four people and panoramic views is offered!

All guests can enjoy a unique holiday experience, since the Villa Rouga is an ideal base for excursions to the nearby villages of Almirida, Kalives, Obrosgialos and Kera, where you can enjoy beaches with clear blue waters, some nightlife and many choices of Cretan cuisine.
