Description
Spacious apartment forming part of a complex comprising an ancient farmhouse, whose construction dates back to 1200, with adjoining parkland and garden completely fenced and partly inhabited by owners who care maintenance.
-The apartment is located on the first floor, has recently been restored and comprises entrance hall, lounge dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, for a total surface of 120 sq.m. about.
-The main room by mq. 20 that is equipped with a double bed with a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers, has an exclusive use of bathroom with bathtub and shower.
-A second Chamber by mq. 16 has double bed with wardrobe and shower bath shared with another room.
-The third room is decorated with furniture and brightly coloured walls, suitable for use by children with twin beds. The room can also be used by adults.
-The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and pots of various sizes, the budget includes the gas hob, electric oven with grill, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Toaster, coffee maker and water.
-In dining room accommodates a large table with its chairs and corner bench for 8 people, a modern Led tv with receiver for terrestrial and satellite channels.
-Accommodation is equipped with every comfort climate, solar panels for hot water, heating and air conditioning with heat pumps, also there is a window with mosquito net.
-Living comfort is a hairdryer for common use, and one for each guest a bathrobe with two washbasin, two towels for bath/shower and two sheets, while the security of valuables is a wall safe with combination set by the guest.
-Outside of the building you can enjoy the large garden with barbecue, table and chairs for dining outside, sitting in the shade of trees and car parking.
-The whole complex is situated in a privileged position from where you can enjoy the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside with its favourable climate, but at the same time enjoys the proximity to population centers.
-1 km. you will find the commercial area of Nugolaio that includes besides a big supermarket for food even needs a whole range of shops with clothing, sporting goods, electronics, jewelry and more for shopping.
-Its strategic position close to a road of great communication makes it an ideal base for exploring our beautiful Tuscany, the airport and the train station is 6 km away. While the city of Pisa is 5 km. and the cities of Lucca and Livorno, less than 20 km.
-In less than 5 minutes you reach the entrance of the highway with which you can easily reach other major Tuscan cities, such as Florence is 65 km. and can be reached in about 40 min. San Gimignano in about 30 min. Volterra in 60 min., Siena 120 km away. and it reaches 100 min.
-Also the Tyrrhenian coast with its magnificent coastline is easily accessible, located in the town of Tirrenia is less than 15 km, the North Coast with Viareggio and Versilia are both 35 km away. While the South Coast Seaside, Castiglioncello etc. are only 30 km.
-How to get there:-by plane the Galileo Galilei airport is approximately 6 km away. We recommend that you rent a car at the airport itself to have complete freedom to explore our sites.
-with your own road of great communication FI. PI. LI. (connected to the A1 motorway, A12) exit Navacchio/Nugolaio, follow the signs for Centro Commerciale dei Borghi, take via Fosso Vecchio, after 1.5 km. turn right at the bridge.
The House rules are few and essential, it requires respect for the property and especially to the next, avoiding the diurnal and night rowdiness either. Once in possession of the keys to access to housing is allowed at any time of the day/night. It is provided for the free use of equipment supplied, though their damage should be compensated. Pets are not allowed.
Sonia and Max will be glad to meet you at your arrival you will wait to deliver the remote control of the gate and the keys to their House as well as a brief instruction for its use; also inhabiting next will be available for your needs.

“Good space”

“BONITA CASA EN LA TOSCANA”
Casa de campo muy bien situada, cerca del aeropuerto de Pisa, cerca de centros comerciales y en coche se puede visitar toda la Toscana. Muy bien de servicios, recién reformada, amplitud interior y jardín, limpieza. Los dueños muy amables y atentos.
