Property for exclusive use

Torre del Cielo is a beautiful villa created from an old watch tower whose origins date back to 1600. It was subsequently enlarged and transformed into a farmhouse. Now, fully renovated in Tuscan style, it has become a holiday villa for large families or groups of friends who love the Tuscan countryside. Its location overlooks the valley below, and not far away is the town of Monterchi where, in a small museum, is "La Madonna del Parto", the famous painting by Piero della Francesca. Next to the villa is a well-cared for garden embellished with roses and other flowering plants. A little further up is the swimming pool (12x6, 1.50m deep) (01/05-29/09 open from 07.00am to 07.00pm) with an adjoining heated jacuzzi. A fully-equipped gazebo allows for pleasant outdoor dining while enjoying the panorama. Included in the price: a welcome buffet, wine tasting, excursions in Tiberina Valley with the owner. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and all the bathrooms have a hairdryer. Wi-Fi Internet access. Comfortable furnishings. Central heating. Parking on the property.
