Experience year-round sunshine at our Lake Benedict retreat! Situated on 100 feet of pristine lakefront, our property offers nearly an acre of privacy at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Relax in comfort with modern amenities including heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a built-in speaker system throughout the house for playing your favorite music. Stay connected with our provided WiFi, cable, Roku, and Blu-ray player.

Indoors, you'll find a cozy electric fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, and a spacious dining room perfect for family meals. Step out onto our large outdoor deck to enjoy stunning lake views, or unwind in the sunroom with your morning coffee.

Guests will have access to the main house and the pristine lake. The detached garage and boat house by the water both inside and above are not available.

To enhance your stay and ensure it's stress-free, we've provided helpful resources throughout the property. By the front door, you'll find a poster map of the area highlighting fun activities and essential hot spots. Additionally, on the refrigerator, is a detailed map along with a list of local establishments and their phone numbers.

Should you encounter any major issues or have questions during your stay, our property manager is available for assistance.

WHAT WE OFFER

Safety Measures: House diagrams outlining exits and the locations of fire extinguishers are available at both the front and back of the house to assist with safety protocols.

Kitchen Essentials: Our fully-equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, baking pans, dishes, strainers, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, utensils, oven mitts, dish towels, coffee maker, coffee grinder, coffee filters, toaster, and blender. Additionally, we supply dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent, cleaning sprays, salt & pepper, some spices, limited garbage bags, paper towels, and napkins. Please be aware that our kitchen features a gas stove.

Bed and Bath Amenities: For your convenience, we offer fresh bed linens for 9, hand soap, bath & beach towels (1 per guest), a mini hairdryer, FIRST-AID kit, cleaning spray, and toilet paper.

Extra Comforts: Enjoy access to iron, ironing board, baby gates, fold-up crib, and sheet.

Outdoor Enjoyment: Take advantage of our outdoor facilities, including a gas grill, basketball hoop and ball, soccer ball, and firewood (please note that firewood availability may vary). We also provide a hot tub over looking the lake that receives regular maintenance and is available for use most of the year.

Seasonal Additions: During the warmer months (typically late Spring to late Fall), we provide water toys, water noodles, canoe, kayak, paddle boat, and life jackets.

Boat: We work with a boat rental company that will drop off and pick up your rental on our lake. If renting or if you have your own boat, there's a fee to put a boat onto the lake. Once booked, we will provide you with the contact information for the company that manages lake access.

OUR RECOMMENDATIONS

Drinking Water: For your hydration needs, we suggest bringing bottled water for drinking and cooking.

Additional Supplies: We advise guests to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, bottled water, firewood, and bug spray. While some guests may opt to bring extra towels and blankets, these items may not always be necessary. Additionally, guests should consider bringing any special cooking spices, baking ingredients, and other personal preferences to enhance their vacation experience.
