Atelier d’artiste de 52 M2, transformé en Loft-Duplex au cœur de Paris dans le 15 éme arrondissement de Paris. (Convention/Félix Faure)

Cet appartement est idéalement situé à deux pas des expositions de la porte de Versailles, de la Tour Eiffel, des Jardins des invalides et du Champs de Mars.

Les Champs Élysées, Le Lido, le Moulin Rouge, les Folies Bergères, les Grands Magasins, Galeries Lafayette, le Printemps, l'Opéra, le musée Grévin, Montmartre, le Louvre sont à quelques stations de métro.

Le 15 ème est réputé pour son calme, ses restaurants de cuisine Française et internationale.

Les théâtres, les bars et les salles de spectacles, ne sont pas loin :
