Description

This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The Wyndham Kingsgate resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg and about 6 miles from Busch Gardens. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf, 2 tennis courts and a seasonal restaurant.

THERE IS A DAILY $6.00 RESORT AMENITY FEE PER CONDO THAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL FEE. THE FEE IS COLLECTED BY THE RESORT FRONT DESK.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet.

THE RESORT DOES NOT HAVE ELEVATORS. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF WHEELCHAIR ACCESS IS NEEDED PRIOR TO BOOKING.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. THE RESORT REQUIRES THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING INTO THE CONDO TO BE 21 OR OVER. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $99 CHANGE FEE.

Response from the manager Thank you for your review. We do recommend to all guest to beware of any fee gift offers as they normally require a timeshare sales presentation. Guest are not required to attend a sales presentation with there stay, it is optional if asked or bribed. WOW condo rentals

How do damage deposits work?
