Description
Very nice farmhouse of the end of 1700 (already surveyed in the first register of the lands of Tuscany Grand Duchy in 1812) consists of two apartments with independent entrance and well separated, "La Loggia" and "the oven".
Furthermore, the apartment's oven is divided on two floors (first floor and ground floor), each with separate entrance and can be rented either all together (the first floor and ground floor) or separately. The ground floor is recently built (2015) and is equipped both air conditioning and dishwasher.
All apartments are furnished with great care and respect for Tuscan tradition, with terracotta floors and traditional wooden beamed ceilings. The villa is located in a beautiful location in the heart of Montagnola, in beautiful hilly and wooded areas declared ' Site of Community Importance by the European Union, only 10 km and few minutes drive from the center of Siena; and is located in the immediate vicinity of the famous ' Via Francigena ', with the possibility of beautiful walks starting right from the house. Ideal for those who want a peaceful holiday and relaxation. Outer space, real park bigger than 3 acres, allowing guests to each apartment to be able to isolate in perfect tranquility and enjoy in a ' heart space ', also includes a private pool, with chairs and umbrellas, as well as tables and chairs. Availability of garden furniture and barbecue. Very quiet and relaxing, ideal for 2/3 families or groups wishing to maintain their privacy.
The apartment's oven is about 135 square meters, finely furnished, is located on two floors (first floor and ground floor) that can be rented together, for a large group or separately, both units have independent entrance and access to the garden OVEN-ground floor: This apartment is about 60sqm, located on the ground floor of a wing of the building (the house is like an ' l ') tastefully furnished , consists of a modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, living room with double sofa bed (dimension are like a real double bed), a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. Satellite TV. Like the other apartment, this one is endowed with table and chairs and, in the garden, has a lovely gazebo exclusively reserved to the apartement. Wireless Internet connection is available in the apartment and in the garden. Availability of barbecue. It is on the first floor and all windows have a view of the surrounding countryside. The windows of the rooms have mosquito netting. Is it possible to rent both apartments (La Loggia and The oven, for a total of 13 beds), and this is ideal for 2/3 families or groups wishing to spend their holidays together while maintaining their privacy.
On arrival, be request the payment of ' Tourism tax that provides the fee of € 2.50 per adult x per night (up to a maximum of 6 nights in the same calendar month).
