Looking for a beautiful, beach-front vacation, close to the authentic town of Puerto Viejo?

Villas Serenidad contains (2) custom-built hardwood 1-bedroom Ocean View villas, each with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans & a spectacular view of the sea. Each overlooks lush tropical gardens and is 50 meters from the surf, at the quiet Playa Negra beach.

Fall asleep to sea breezes & sounds....wake up to the chirping of birds and the sunrise.

There are so many things to do in Puerto Viejo, but a big favorite is to hang out on your large elevated porch and do absolutely nothing but look out to sea and breathe deeply. The superb location of the property ensures that you'll see every wave that comes ashore, every bird that flies over, and every guy walking his dog on the beach. A good book in the hammock on the veranda also sounds appealing...

The large bathroom is a gem. A glass-block shower (with unlimited hot water) makes you feel like you are outdoors.

Take a 20 –minute stroll down the beach, or a 5-minute car ride, to the bohemian, laid-back & culturally-diverse town of Puerto Viejo. Puerto Viejo contains delicious restaurants, fun shopping, and opportunities for surfing, jungle hikes, river-rafting, zip-lines, chocolate tours, animal sanctuary, yoga classes, snorkeling, horseback riding, and paddle boarding.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
