Embank Garden Apartment is a small, recently refurbished holiday flat situated a five minute walk from the busy sea side town of Oban. Set beside a large 19th Century stone house, this stylish and comfortable apartment sits on ground level with the windows of the sitting room, bedroom and kitchen looking out onto the garden. The property has a private entrance, decking area for al fresco dining and a free parking space for all guests. All bedding has 400 thread count Egyptian cotton, and a comfortable mattress to aid a pleasant and relaxing sleep.

Response from the owner I am sorry you did not enjoy the town of Oban or your stay at Elmbank. Just to note on some points, you were told on booking where to park your car, just directly outside the main gate as the driveway is for the private house. Full instructions on how to operate the heating are in the guest directory, but if you were finding it difficult you only had to ask and I would have helped you, but you didn't. The bed is kingsize and not lumpy. The Mira shower is only 3 months old and is one of the best electric 10.5kw showers available on the market today. I have just tested the Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine and it is working perfectly. The towels in the bathroom are of standard size and if you wanted them warm you could have used the heated towel rail. We do not leave any fresh products in the apartment other than fresh flowers.

How do damage deposits work?

If Grigor/Ruth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
