The Ultimate Casa is located in the exclusive beachfront community of Sea Beach Colony, in beautiful, Rincon, Puerto Rico, well-known for surfing, diving and spectacular sunsets, is the totally remodeled & renovated Casa Canal-the Ultimate Casa, a private Spanish Hacienda Style Villa situated on a gorgeous flat 1400 meter beach/canalfront double lot overlooking one of Rincon’s most pristine beaches.
Once you enter though the electronic gate & 10 ft walls, you'll experience a breathtaking view of the ocean & canal, passing by the center courtyard & pool with flowing fountain and find yourself inside a tropical landscaped oasis, on the ocean, with only the sound of the wind and waves to sooth your restless soul.
Casa Canal offers luxurious accommodations with unique beach, ocean & canal views. This 3-4 bedroom, 4 bath magnificent Villa is located on the canal with the only private beach access to the most beautiful swimming beach that Rincon has to offer, the grounds of the Villa has a custom pool w/swim-up pool bar, (2) Flat Screen TVs, (2) outdoor restrooms, (3) hot & cold fresh water showers, a Bar-B-Q Bar, 22kw back up generator and 2000 gal in water reserves, etc, etc, etc...
This Villa is a spacious 2,600 sq ft Villa, that will sleep up to 10 guests in 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 twin bunks & 1 queen sofa bed, and features Oceanview Panoramic Windows in the living area, fully stocked gourmet kitchen w/ granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, (4) flat screen TVs, a downstairs handicapped accessible master bedroom with custom tile features, 2 upstairs bedrooms with (3) breathtaking Ocean view balconies, custom Brazilian hardwood doors, a stunning Ocean View Den which converts to a 4th bedroom, air conditioning in every room & fans throughout the Villa, there are too many amenities to list !!!!
