Description
Villa Veranda Camaiore, is an elegant Tuscan country villa located on the first row of hills facing the beach, ideally located in the center of the most famous tourist area of Tuscany, surrounded by greenery, in privacy and tranquility but not isolated, very close to the beach, it is the closest to the sea hill's villa in the area. 5 restaurants and the supermarket within walking distance, less than 1 kilometer away.
Entrance and private driveway, 2 covered parking spaces and 3 more in the large square also for large SUVs or minivans.
The villa is surrounded by a large park, a very spacious covered veranda with outdoor fireplace, barbecue and grill, panoramic terraces equipped for dining and with a gazebo.
An architectural staircase that follows the slope of the hill leads to the swimming pool area which is fully fenced.
The swimming pool, the villa and the entire property itself are private for the exclusive use of Villa Veranda guests.
15 meters long and 7 meters wide, almost 3 meters deep, equipped with ladder, diving board, shower and changing room. 10 Comfortable sun loungers around the pool, umbrellas, armchairs and a table for aperitifs - poolside snacks.

On the ground floor large living room overlooking the veranda with high ceilings and mezzanine. Kitchen with 5 burners, 2 sinks, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher.

On the ground floor there are also two double bedroom one of which also has a single bed and two bathrooms.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom . Two more bathrooms.
Downstairs the second livingroom with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Laundry room with external washing machines.
4 Double bedrooms 1 Triple bedroom 1 Single bedroom in total and 5 bathrooms including 4 with shower 1 with shower in bathtub. The air conditioning works in all double bedrooms.
High speed internet, excellent wifi coverage throughout the house and outside. Air conditioning in all double bedrooms. 3 sat tv.
Additional costs: user consumption included. Deposit to be managed on site. Cleaning fee € 30 per person to be paid upon arrival. If requested linen provided on site by the housekeeper: € 10 per person.
Location: The villa is on the very first hills in the center of Versilia, facing the renowned beaches of Marina di Pietrasanta and Lido di Camaiore, easily accessible, only 4 km from the sea. Ideal for those who want to be in the center of the most famous and appreciated seaside area of Tuscany, enjoy tens of km long beaches, hundreds of restaurants and clubs for the evening, several centers for all kinds of shopping, marinas, sea walks, piers, artistic villages and picturesque villages.
And all this can also be reached by bike! To get to the villa it is not necessary to take long climbs and face numerous curves and winding roads, we are in an ideal position: facing the sea, at the beginning of the hill! The relaxation of the greenery, the tranquility of the valley that surrounds us, the privacy and comfort of the swimming pool, the satisfaction of setting the table outdoors or cooking on the grill, the reserved parking are at your complete disposal and only seven minutes from the beach!
