Our brand-new apartment, two minutes away from the famous Coco Beach and near 5th Av is ready for you to enjoy it!

Just finished this January 2016. It is a wonderful place, bright, cozy and confortable. Two minutes away from the beach, the fresh air and ocean breeze keep its temperature always comfortable. In 5 minutes you reach the famous 5th Av. & in 10 mins you are in the bustling hot spot of the town.

The apartment is fully equipped and decorated with warm colours & accents of the locals reefs and beaches so we call it "Los Arrecifes" We hope you'll like to relax in its tropical atmosphere.

Location:

One block away from Coco Beach, one of the nicest beaches in Playa del Carmen. Two blocks away from the 5th Av. on a privileged, elegant, quite and very new area.

The compound is very green, with swimming-pool (totally redone and finished in August 2012) pool loungers, table, chairs & a grill to enjoy the perfect holiday bbq. The compound is safe guarded 24/7 and offers parking spots. *There's a small Police station right in front of the compound for your peace of mind.

On the back of the apartment there's a small terrace with a table and two chairs with view on the pool just for you to sip on your chilled drinks with a nice view.

The Apartment:

Is very spacious for two people, it has a relaxing atmosphere in a calm environment with the option to reach bars and beach clubs within minutes.

Built with high quality materials and environmental friendly appliance. Nicely decorated with a beach flair for your relaxation. Comes with all you may need for a nice Caribbean holiday from all kitchen appliances and cooking accessories to washing/drying machine, portable beach chairs, cooler and snorkels.

Of course there is Wifi internet available.

The apartment is deliver clean, of course; With a set of bath towels, kitchen towels, beach towels and all cooking, kitchen and cleaning appliances ready to use. You will also find the portable beach chairs, cooler and snorkel sets among other small items such as iron, iron-board and hair-dryer ready for you to use them.

Services:

We can provide house keeping service, cooking service, dry cleaning pick up & drop off, etc., on demand with an additional fee.

The Compound:

Les Alizes is a safeguarded compound with friendly neighbours and visitors. It has a swimming pool, pool loungers, tables and chairs as well as a bbq for amazing holiday experiences. During the weekend days you'll find many activities within the pool area, pool-side massages done by profesionals on demand (with additional fee) once a week. On Thursdays the famous "Mama needs a cocktail" invite all aliases guest to join on Margaritas afternoon and you'll find every Friday a nice local organic market!

On the comercial spaces of the compound you'll find a convenient store (7/11) a nice, delicious and truly Italian pizzeria and a dive-shop that will take you to explore the famous mayan riviera reefs!

The Area:

Coco-Bay is one if the best areas in playa. Quiet, modern, new, safe yet trendy and nested between the beach and the famous 5th Av. With two beach clubs just steps away from the compound and one of the nicest and biggest public beach on the city.
