A modern, 3 bedroom home in the picturesque seaside village of Elie, in the East Neuk of Fife, Scotland. The house is situated within a 5 minute walk to the award winning golden sands beach, the 18 hole links Elie House Golf Club and the sports centre which has 6 tennis courts, putting green, a 9 hole golf course, a cafe and a playpark. This destination is a must for any golf enthusiast with St Andrews just a 20 minute drive away.

The house is ideal for families or several couples as it includes 3 bedrooms - 1 master with ensuite, 2 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor. There are also 2 sofa beds on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is great entertaining space with a large lounge with gas fire, a spacious dining kitchen with sliding doors onto the garden, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a downstairs bathroom. There is an enclosed garden, ideal for young families, with a patio area with BBQ. This really is a home from home.

This is holiday property offered space and comfort for our group of 6, the lovely enclosed garden is a sun trap. This property is ideally located, beach and high street only a short walk away. Any problems were resolved quickly, owner is very responsive.

We loved our stay at Jesmond. Bed linens and towels were luxurious and the house has everything a family party needs. The garden is ideal for a little dog and sitting in the sun. We hope to get back soon.
