• Strategic location to reach the famous beach of Balos,Elafonissi,Falasarna
Country house of 2 stores:
→ Living room with sat tv + sofa +fire place (the sofa is a sofa bed that can become a very comfortable double bed)
→ Kitchen fully equipped + dining area
→ 1 bedroom with double bed
→ 1 full bathrooms + jacuzzi
→ 1 full bathrooms + washing machine
→ Balcony on the first floor with sea & mountains view+outdoor table
→ Outdoor private BBQ and outdoor area
•85 m2 indoor of traditional stone villa style
•The villa is part of a complex of other 3 villas (but it is independent with its own entrance) and they have in common the pool

Big plus of the villa Is the location very quiet and far from the noisy touristic villages,the real Cretan atmosphere that this place can offer you, the many facilities with a shared pool,the beautiful sea and mountain view from the balcony in the first floor and the outdoor area where you can have fantastic dinner outside. On the poolside there are sunbeds,shower,umbrella.
Also free ,private and safety parking is possible just in front of to the property
