Villa Lavanda is situated amongst the hills of Tuscany, only 2 km from the medieval town of Lucignano, located halfway between Siena and Arezzo. The property grounds cover 11 hectares of oak woods, olive groves and vineyards, comprising the main house and two charming independent cottages, surrounded by rose and lavender beds.
The long avenue and the circle of cypress trees, the replica of antique Italian garden complete with pergola and goldfish pond add a touch of class to the residence. This property offers quiet and privacy; it is an ideal base for touring, walking, cycling.
ACCOMODATION: the villa is 95 square meters and can accommodate 6+1 persons in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It extends on one level:
Large living/dining room with fire place and kitchen corner (oven, fridge, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine).
Two double bedded rooms, one twin bedroom two bathrooms with shower and single sofa bed.
The villa offers Wi-Fi internet connection and Tv-Sat.
GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: at the guests disposal there is a mosaic tiled swimming pool (17 x 7 meters, depth 1.20 - 2.10 meters) situated on a natural level which dominates the valley with its hill top towns and the church of Santa Maria della Querce with works of Giorgio Vasari. The pool is shared with the other 2 villas of the property, one with 5 bedrooms and one with 2 bedrooms.
Villa Lavanda is situated in an independent garden with large covered area furnished with table and chairs for dining outside.
