The villa is ideal for privacy and relaxation!
The villa is 235 m2 and consists of the main house which has a big living room with a luxury kitchen, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and a semi-basement area with where is a large bedroom and an en-suite WC. Each of the two studios, adjacent to the main house, have a private bathroom and a small kitchen.
Around the house is a big garden ideal for relaxation and sunbathing. Just outside the garden you step on the sandy beach where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing or have nice walk...
Kissamos is a beautiful town lying 42 kilometres west of Chania. In Kissamos area, are the most beautiful and most famous beaches of Crete. You will love Balos lagoon, Elafonisi and Falassarna beaches, all with soft gold sand and crystal clear turquoise water!
