Beautiful furnished apartment with a stunning view of the Caribbean Ocean. Located in a gated community with security 24/7. Perfect place for those seeking to have a relaxing, quiet vacation or spend time with the family.

Accommodations for up to 8 people. It has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with private balcony, the second bedroom has 2 full-size beds and the third bedroom has a cozy bunked bed, all have a full bathroom. Spacious T.V. room and living room with a large balcony.

This complex is in a great location with easy and quick access to taxis/buses.

10 minutes away from pharmacies, hospital/medical services, convenient stores and good sea food restaurants.

15 to 20 minutes away from the Dubai Palace Casino and 15 minutes away from the Hotel Zone where all the night clubs and night life takes place. “Coco Bongo, Dady'O, The Hard Rock Cafe, Rainforest Cafe, Carlos 'n Charlies” and many more.

15 minutes away from the biggest mall in Cancun, “Plaza de las Americas”, which has all types of prestige’s stores, national and international restaurants and everything you need to have a good time or simply go shopping.

5 minutes away from the “Ultramar Marine Terminal” which offers a passenger ferry service to the islands of Cozumel and Isla Mujeres, trips are offered continuously from early morning through to midnight, a visit to these islands is highly recommended.

30 minutes away from the airport. There is a convenient store open 24/7 right across the street from the entry to the complex.

There are good tours offered in Cancun for example Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Xplor, Chichen Itza, Tulum ruins, and triple-decker catamaran for a day full of snorkeling, sightseeing, salsa dancing, shopping and many more attractions, the tours offer complimentary pickup and drop off from the apartment.

The staff and security guards are very courteous and helpful.

Maid service upon request $30 dollars a day (4 hours max)
