Character Apartment on second floor within a block of 3 flats in conservation area of Old town. Well stocked flat suited to holiday relaxation. Suits 2-4 but will take maximum 2 persons consisting of bed space for 2 adults and two children in rear bedroom, two single beds. There is an additional large sofa in Lounge. Well equipped kitchen with linked dining area overlooking beach. Front of flat has Hogmanay view of Fireballs event. Door entry system. Parking on street or nearby in harbour area.

Use of drying green and shared small rear garden abutting beach area.

Walking distance to many facilities of Stonehaven. Accommodation suits family with 2 children, but access only by stairs to second floor is not suited to small babies, infirm or those with mobility issues. Call or email for further details on suitability and availibility The minimum rental period is three days. You can provide your own linen.

Internet WiFi, cable only USB charge points, computer with printer, TV thru internet.

Ready meals, range of cafes and diners within 120m of the front door. Nearest beach 25m from rear door.

“Comfortable and well positioned”

A bit of a climb but we were warned of that beforehand. The flat is well-equipped, clean and comfortable. After other experiences we were delighted to find an efficient shower and a comfortable bed. The kitchen is equipped to allow good self-catering and there were supplies available on a replenish basis. The flat is centrally positioned, close to the habour with free parking available. The star feature is dining whilst enjoying great views out to sea and a spot of people watching. A visitors book would be a good idea so that you can pass on information about visits and eating places. With lovely beaches at St Cyrus and the beautiful gardens at Crathes castle there is a lot to reccommend to visitors.
