Appartamento in terratetto di due soli piani fuori terra, composto da un soggiorno grande, una cucina ampia, 4 camere doppie, tre bagni, una terrazza di circa 70 mq. coperta in parte da un pergolato, dalla quale è possibile godere fresche serate nel periodo estivo, cenando all'aperto o praticando giochi di società. Dimora ideale fino per gruppi fino a 10 persone. Appartamento situato in un piccolo borgo della Toscana, Montemagno, a due chilometri dal centro di Calci. A Montemagno è possibile effettuare escursioni a piedi sui monti circostanti per osservare panorami e scorci di paesaggio indimenticabili. Da Montemagno è possibile raggiungere le più importanti città della Toscana in 1/2 ore di auto o di treno: Pisa è a 15 minuti di auto, Lucca a 25 minuti di auto , Firenze a 45 minuti, Siena ad un'ora e mezzo. le Cinque Terre ad un'ora e mezzo. Il mare si trova a circa 25 minuti di auto. La stazione si trova a 15 minuti di auto ed è raggiungibile anche in autobus. Dall'appartamento potete raggiungere supermarket e centri commerciali in 15/20 minuti.
Il prezzo non include i consumi di acqua e gas. La biancheria per camere da letto e bagni si paga a parte.

The apartment is located in a house, composed of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms doubles, 3 bathrooms , a terrace which size is 70 mq. covered in a "pergola".On this terrace is possible have dinner in summer, dinning on the exterior or playing parlour game. This house is very good until 10 people and it's situated in a little village of Tuscany, which name is Montemagno, at 2 Kilomters from Calci center. In Montemagno is possible walking on the surrandings muntains, looking the fantastic landscape. From Montemagno is possible going to the very important town of Tuscany, spending 1 or 2 hours by your car or your train. Towns distances: Pisa: 15 minutes; Lucca: 25 minutes by car; Florence: 45 minutes; Siena : 1 hour and half; Cinque terre: 1 hour and half.
The see is at 25 minutes from the apartment, the train station is at 15 minutes by car and you can go there by bus too.
In the price aren't included wather and gas consumptions. You pay extra towels for baths and sheets for beds, if you ask these things.
