The floor plan breaks down like this - Ground floor: Full bath with walk in shower, large dorm like room with 2 twin beds plus 2 sets of bunkbeds, plus 2 twins or a king (sleeping 8 total)! There is also a game area with a ping pong table. Main floor: Kitchen, dining, living area, den with queen futon, two bedrooms with shared hall bath and master suite (olympic queen - requires king size sheets). All upstairs bedrooms have access to one of several decks.
