Description

Casita Sol is a new, beautiful and quiet villa on a half acre of land. There is one other villa adjacent to it, Casita Mar. The green areas are fenced in for privacy and there is a furnished patio for natural enjoyment and grilling. The villa is in a peaceful neighborhood on the northwest corner of the tropical island and is only one block from a cliff facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach areas and trails below the cliff are easily accessible and offer spectacular surf, mountain bike or horseback riding, hiking, and snorkeling. It is also nestled only two blocks from route 110 on the eastern edge of historic Ramey Base (Gate 5). The area offers the finest restaurants and dining on the west side of the island, a super market, gas stations, tennis courts, golf course, the airport, and dozens of beaches and attractions within minutes.

Our property manager will welcome you and will be available to assist you throughout your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marco (the owner) a message.

If Marco (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
