We are ready with power and water available!
Now with Wi-Fi, our 2br-2ba, first floor, fully equipped apartment is located in a gated community. It is steps away from one of our pristine beaches, pool and tennis facilities and comfortably accommodates 6 people.
Paradise Beach Apartment is 5 minutes drive to El Yunque Rain Forest, 30 minutes from the Bio Bay, 5 minutes to Luquillo Kiosks, near 5 gulf courses and ferries to Vieques and Culebra Islands. Supermarket, drug stores, restaurants, and great shopping are also close by. The airport is between 30-40 minutes driving distance. We recommend that you rent a car. The complex also offers assigned, free parking space for your convenience.
It is a great, affordable place for a memorable vacation.
We kindly ask you to help us save energy.
Only turn A/C while being at home.
Close all windows and doors while running the A/C.
Turn off A/C and electrodomestics when leaving the apartment.
The pool opens at 9:00AM and closes at 8:00PM. This is something we cannot control.
Sorry, no pets allowed, no smoking inside the property and no parties.
Guests cannot invite other guests to the resort.
Please shake sand off towels before placing them inside the washing and drying machine.
Washing and drying machine must be operated one at the time, both cannot be turned on at the same time.
Awning must be retracted during heavy rainfall, strong winds and during the night when guests go to sleep.

“You only have to bring your clothes!”

“AMAZING LOCATION”
The location is amazing, the beach is walking distance and the pool right in front of the Condo. Great Family-friendly condo, amazing for kids to run around and have a great time!
