Description
Located in the Au Gres Boat Club this two-story, three bedroom/two bath home is situated directly on the water facing Lake Huron with no buildings or homes obstructing the beautiful view. Totally renovated with central air conditioning. Boats and jet skis can be left right in the water along the home's 60 foot dock for immediate access to water and into the big lake. An island on the other side of the water creates a small canal that blocks the big waves of Lake Huron from the dock providing a calm area for boats, swimming and fishing. Only a short boat ride along the canal puts you directly into the big lake. Boat launch is nearby. Canoe available for use at the dock with life jackets included.
This gorgeous home offers cable, high speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with standard appliances, large second level balcony overlooking the water, washer/dryer, dishwasher, large BBQ grill, picnic table and a fire pit near the water. Other amenities include coffee maker (with sampler coffee), waffle maker, iron/ironing board, 55” and 24” TV’s with cable and videos, leather couch/chairs, lower level porch, storage area in the garage, small fishing poles/tackle. All towels and linens included. Sleeps as many eight people. Come and just relax in this peaceful setting or fish, boat and swim to your heart's content.
The area is peaceful and quiet for the perfect relaxing vacation.
