The Space

Phoenix VIII, Located on the 2nd floor and featuring climate-controlled entry, we have some of the best views of the sparkling blue Gulf waters from our over-sized balcony.

Guest Access:

Indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, outdoor pool and kid pool, grills, tennis courts, beach, free wifi, racquetball court, sauna, flatscreen television in every bedroom and DVD player, fully stocked kitchen

Other Things to Note:

Parking is a one time fee of $21 per car for the duration of the stay. There is a two car maximum. Other cars can be parked down the street. Please let the owners know before booking condo.

While most attractions are within 30 minutes by car, you will definitely need a car. The condo sells parking passes for $21 per car, which covers your entire stay.

It would have been great if we hadn’t had a crew working on the balcony the whole time. We had paint buckets and a scaffold on our balcony, therefore we couldn’t enjoy the view.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If William (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
