Description
La casa è situata sulle colline di Corsanico (Massarosa) ed è circondata da un uliveto secolare liberamente accessibile, esposta a sud verso il mare. La proprietà non è provvista di recinzione ma la casa ed il giardino intorno risultano sopraelevati e sufficientemente distanti dalla strada. Intorno alla casa sono disponibili una veranda provvista di ombrellone con tavolo e sedie, un gazebo, ed una doccia esterna riscaldata tramite pannelli solari. I posti letto sono così distribuiti: camera con letto matrimoniale, camera con due letti singoli, divano letto a due posti in soggiorno. Dall'alloggio risultano facilmente raggiungibili sia il mare di Viareggio e Lido di Camaiore (15 - 20 minuti in macchina) sia l'autostrada per raggiungere in tempi brevi le città toscane di Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, Massa Carrara.
