The villa has a 250sqm interior area set on three levels. The ground floor consists of a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a WC. A sofa in the living room can turn into a double bed if needed.
Stairs lead to the upper floor which has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and a balcony.
The lower ground level has a bedroom with a twin beds, an office and a bathroom with a shower.
Villa Rose has a 500sqm outdoor area with a garden, a 55sqm private swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, sun beds and a BBQ area with an outdoor dining table.
