This is a lovely modern, cosy flat that has been created after upgrading the ground floor of this landmark building. Located at Arbroath Harbour/Marina. [The yellow building with red door in photos.]
The accommodation is of a very good standard comprising: large lounge / kitchen, shower room and bedroom.
This flat on ground level and with no steps to climb!
This can result in restricted views due to parked vehicles.
Although having everything you need to make lovely meals of your own the town of Arbroath provides many opportunities to eat out.
The location of this property will make your holiday perfect as there are 2 quality restaurants, 2 quality fish and chip shops as well as an Ice cream shop and Chinese take away within 100yds!
Don't forget the world renowned Arbroath Smokies which are sold from several locations nearby "a world-class delicacy".
A perfect base for Golf, Walking in Angus Glens, Fishing, or visiting nearby towns and cities. Aberdeen, Dundee, St. Andrews, Montrose, Brechin.

“Comfortable convenient and central.”
Very nice comfortable, well equipped apartment in a lovely harbour location. Very close to town centre and bus and rail stations. Very much enjoyed our stay.

“cancellation”
I had booked this cottage via booking website I booked early January 2022 everything was fine communication from owner was good paid deposit even changed dates and added extra day then later on added extra people so we where contact at least three times I paid up in full in April before the final date for payment all payments went through. Then out of the blue last week I had an email saying that the owner had cancelled our booking day that they where sorry they had double booked and we where the last to book so they cancelled us our booking was for three nights Friday to Sunday my feelings are is that maybe the owner had someone who wanted to book for more nights possibly. I might be wrong if so maybe the owner of this property needs to look at the booking system they use to stop future disappointments. Please be aware this maybe a one off who knows ♂️♂️

Response from the owner We are extremely sorry for this double booking. We had a long standing booking, a resceduled booking as a result of the Covid impact. Sadly it had been missed on our calendar which is a very rare occurance. We did make a mistake. We tried to find alternative accomodation but were unable to help. An apology, full refund and alternative dates were offered.

“Lovely aprtament”
We stayed for 5days 2 adults and child perfect central location at the marina apartment was spotlessly clean and had wifi towels etc. One small minor issue was the window was leaking one day due to heavy rain, this did not affect us negatively in anyway and would recommend a stay here for your short break

Lovely newly decorated neat flat on ground floor overlooking Arbroath Harbour. Situated in very central location and within walking distance to everywhere in the town.

“Beautiful coastline”
Really enjoyed our week here. The apartment had everything we needed and was ideal for us two . We hired bikes too and the walks and cycling tracks were fantastic . Thank you.

“Compact one bedroom apartment adjacent to harbour.”
I was attending course in Arbroath and wanted self catered and this ticked my box. Clean tidy apartment. Bed linen and towels provided. Hairdryer, iron , boards, wash up liquid etc. Couple minor things that other guests might want to know. Sound proofing poor and I could hear guests moving about in apartment above including some conversation. I live in a city centre flat so didn't bother me but worth knowing. Communal rear area, I'm not sure if it's intended for guests use as spacious and mainly paving/ slabbed. Could be a good asset but needs a bit TLC. I would stay again.

Response from the owner Thanks for the review. We do have a large courtyard which is shared with another property. We are currently awaiting approval from the neighbour to landscape the courtyard. Hopefully this will be improved soon.
