Villa Miramar is a 5000 Square feet – 465 Square meters immaculate tropical luxury villa located in the Mayan Riviera. It’s comfortable, spacious living spaces inside and out is the perfect place to share special moments with your friends and family while having a vacation of a lifetime. This villa is located in an area of the Caribbean which is known for fun, adventure and relaxation. The perfect location for fun in the sun. Whether you are out for the day exploring the area which is full of cenotes, theme parks, and beautiful beaches or staying at your villa with a beautiful 2-level swimming pool just steps from your patio door, enjoying the tropical garden in your own back yard or relaxing on the hammock under the palapa on the rooftop terrace, you are guaranteed a perfect day. The villa offers dining opportunities both inside and outside with covered outdoor patio area and comfortable loungers and couches for enjoying either the sun or shade. A pool side bar and grill awaits for a family gathering and or use the large screened-in area just off the kitchen for another great space to enjoy entertaining or relaxing while enjoying the Carribbean light breeze.

Villa Miramar accommodates up to 10 adults, plus 2 children. Four of the bedrooms are located in the main house and the fifth in a separate studio apartment with its own entrance. The bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are elegant with comfortable beds to make your stay heavenly. There are four safety deposit boxes for your convenience. If you are travelling with a baby or young child, there is a high chair and a small fold-up baby mattress for your use.

Villa Miramar has four satellite TVs. A 55 inch TV awaits you in the livingroom and three other TVs in the bedrooms. There are two netflix boxes. Free wifi internet is available so you can keep connected with your friends and family while on vacation. There is a sound system with speakers inside and outside which you can hook-up to your computer, smartphone or tablet.

Villa Miramar offers a fully equipped kitchen with a center island work place.

The granite counter tops and the wooden kitchen cupboards are beautiful. Drinking water is provided.

To make your stay at Villa Miramar stress-free, there is maid and pool/garden service six days a week to keep the Villa, pool and garden in perfect condition.

There are two private parking spots for your vehicles. A good recommendation is rent a vehicle to get around easier but it is possible to get around with local transportation and taxis.
